1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing agentopsnow.com, submitting our contact form, or communicating with AgentOpsNow(“we,” “us,” “our”) by phone or text, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our messaging programs.
2. Services
AgentOpsNow provides governed AI voice, SMS, and workflow agent services to businesses under separate service agreements. Content on this website is for general information only and does not constitute a guarantee of results; calculator outputs are estimates.
3. Messaging terms of service
AgentOpsNow offers a conversational messaging program from our toll-free number ([TOLL-FREE NUMBER PENDING REGISTRATION]) for scheduling, inquiry responses, confirmations, and reminders. By opting in through our website form or by texting us first, you consent to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach us directly at [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or messaging programs, including sending unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content, attempting to disrupt our systems, or using our services to violate any applicable law or regulation.

The AgentOpsNow name, logo, and all site content are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and messaging programs are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentOpsNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or messaging programs, including delayed or undelivered messages.
