Why we exist
Sixty-two percent of calls to small businesses go unanswered — not because owners don't care, but because the person who could answer is elbow-deep in the actual work. The tools built to fix this were either dumb phone trees that infuriate customers, or black-box AI that answers anything, invents policies, and leaves no record.
What we believe
Automation for a real business has to be governed: narrow jobs, explicit playbooks, human sign-off on decisions that matter, and a complete audit trail. That's slower to build and harder to sell than “AI that does everything.” It's also the only version an owner can actually trust with their name on the door.
