1. Who we are
AgentOpsNow(“we,” “us,” “our”) provides governed AI voice, SMS, and workflow agent services for businesses. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or communicate with us by phone or text message. Questions: [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly: name, business name, industry, email address, phone number, and the contents of messages or form submissions. Information collected automatically: standard web log data such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP address. We do not collect information from children and our services are not directed to anyone under 18.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver walkthroughs, provide and improve our services, send messages you have consented to receive, maintain security and audit logs, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. SMS / text messaging program
Program description. AgentOpsNow sends conversational and informational text messages (for example: replies to your inquiry, scheduling confirmations, and reminders) from our toll-free number ([TOLL-FREE NUMBER PENDING REGISTRATION]) to individuals who have opted in.
Opt-in. You opt in by checking the SMS-consent box on our contact form, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We keep a record of the date, time, and source of your consent.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply; charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected].
No third-party marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties.
Carriers. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Call recording and transcripts
Calls handled by our AI agents are recorded and transcribed for quality, audit, and service delivery. Callers are informed at the start of a call that they are speaking with an automated assistant and can say “person” at any time to reach a human. Recordings are retained for the period agreed with the business we serve, then deleted.
6. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (hosting, telephony, analytics), with the business you are communicating with through our agents, when required by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We never use your conversations to train shared AI models.
7. Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. We protect it with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we will notify affected users of any breach as required by law.
8. Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days and never discriminate for exercising your rights.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
